An AI pilot is a four-week consulting project where we build one AI use case on your data. It runs on your infrastructure or ours, and can later move onto a Blackbox if you want to own the stack. Blackbox is the machine. The pilot is the project.

What use cases fit a 4-week pilot?
Contained ones: question answering over your documents, one automated workflow, or a focused AI prototype. If it needs three systems and a steering group, it is not a pilot.
What do you need from us?
Access to the relevant data, one decision-maker who can answer questions weekly, and a definition of what success looks like. The scoping workshop settles all three.
Does our data leave our environment?
Only if you choose a cloud deployment. We build on-prem and sovereign setups as a specialty, see Blackbox, so fully local is a first-class option, not an exception.
What happens after the pilot?
You own everything we built. Some clients stop there, most scale the use case or add the next one. Either way the pilot stands on its own.
Why a fixed price?
Because a pilot is a decision tool. You should know the cost of the answer before you ask the question. Scope is fixed in week 1, so the price can be too.
