We built a lightweight Electron desktop client that transcribes speech entirely on-device. Before any transcript reaches a language model, personal data is automatically detected and stripped. AI then analyses the conversation in real time, surfacing cues for the agent mid-call, while a shared dashboard gives coaches and managers a post-call breakdown and team-wide trends.
