We developed Ställplatsappen from scratch in close, direct collaboration with the founders. We delivered a working MVP early, iterated quickly with real user feedback, and built a stable Firebase foundation for scalability. In parallel, we developed marketing strategies for launch and related initiatives to maximize visibility and drive user growth.
Launched on time and within budget, with clearly improved user experience and measurable user growth. The app became a stable platform for further development of both product and community.
