Athlas is now an NVIDIA Inception member.

As of October 2026, Athlas is a member of NVIDIA Inception, NVIDIA's program for AI startups. It gives us technical support, training and preferred terms on the RTX PRO GPUs inside every Blackbox. For you as a customer, that means more stable pricing and faster optimisation. It changes nothing about the point of the product: the models run on a machine in your building, with no connection to any cloud service.

What is NVIDIA Inception?

A free program for companies building products on NVIDIA's platform. No fees, no equity. Members get developer tools, technical training through the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, developer forums and preferred terms on selected hardware.

It is not a certification and not a partnership. NVIDIA has not reviewed Blackbox and does not endorse it. What we have been accepted as is a company that builds on their hardware, which we do: every Blackbox runs its models on NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell.

What changes for Blackbox customers?

Three things, in practical order:

What	Effect for you
Preferred terms on GPUs	The graphics cards are the largest cost in every box. Better purchase pricing means we can keep the monthly fee stable even when card prices move, which they have done all through 2026.
Technical training and support	Direct access to NVIDIA's courses and forums on inference optimisation. That means faster models on the same cards, and updates are included in your subscription.
Early information on new hardware	We know earlier what is coming, and can plan tier upgrades before the cards reach retail.

What does not change?

Nothing in the architecture. Blackbox runs open-weight language models locally, on a machine in your server room, with no dependency on OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA's cloud services or any other external party. No data leaves the building. The box can run fully disconnected from the internet, with signed updates over USB.

Membership gives NVIDIA no visibility into what runs on your machine. It is not a technical connection, it is a purchasing and training agreement.
